We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- Must have recent acute care hospital experience
- Current pharmacist licensure in Florida
- Ability to accurately check and/or double check pediatric oral and intravenous solutions
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Calculations and PK dosing of Aminoglycoside and Vancomycin
- Experience in TPN calculations
- Ability to solve issues with Pyxis
