Physical Therapist

Point Quest Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and support individuals with diverse and often complex needs. As part of an organization dedicated to tailored educational and behavioral support services, you will play a key role in helping patients build functional independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. In this role, you will evaluate patients using standardized assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait and balance training, and functional mobility training. You will work closely with individuals who may have developmental, physical, or learning challenges, collaborating with educators, behavior specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, person-centered care. Your day-to-day work will include direct patient treatment, caregiver and family education, and detailed documentation of assessments, progress, and outcomes using electronic medical records.
