Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active MA state Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates not accepted. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Completion of assigned HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start is required. Agency will provide reimbursement as arranged by the client. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Schedule requirements: Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 7:00 PM; clinic may offer 4x10 options. Productivity expectation: 55-63 patients per week. Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
