Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in home health setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per home health regulations. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes within the service area. Ability to work independently in community and home environments.
