What You’ll Be Doing
• Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production.
• Monitor material flow and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Assist with cleanup, housekeeping, and general plant upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations.
