Master Plumber / Maintenance Technician
who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC professionally while delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers in the field. Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Fix leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes, faucets, toilets, and water heaters. Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems. Inspect plumbing systems to find and fix problems quickly. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Communicate professionally with customers and property managers. Must have plumbing experience in residential and commercial properties. A Texas Master Plumber License is preferred. Knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and installations. Performing basic handyman work such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs when needed is preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work is a plus. Ability to use tools and maintenance equipment safely. Able to work alone and complete jobs without close supervision. Good communication skills in English. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
