  • Lead, inspire, and mentor clinicians, fostering a collaborative, patient-focused atmosphere.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population.
  • Ensure best practices in patient care and help develop clinical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with administrative leadership, clinical staff, and specialists to improve workflows and enhance the patient experience.
  • Stay current with medical advancements, promote staff education, and participate in clinician training.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient care, safety, and outcomes.

  • MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, team members, and leadership.
