The Role

Provide day-to-day classroom support across a Year 4 class, working with pupils individually, in small groups, and as part of whole-class learning. Requirements • Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject. • Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication. • Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate. • Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing. • Career Goals – A desire to train as a teacher and build a long-term career in education.
