About the Role

The Product Supply NPI Professional will support the marine product group through procurement and supply chain coordination in the NPI / NSI process

What you will do:

  • Providing leadership for the NPI activities relevant to procurement, including RFQ, quote analysis, and Make vs Buy
  • Working closely with operations and product development in creating a supply chain for a new product.
  • Researching and assessing existing and potential suppliers; making recommendations on supplier selection aligned with category strategies
  • Support category purchasing on commercial negotiation & sourcing strategy by providing Marine VOB
  • Coordinate with internal process partners on logistics & transportation related issues during NPI / NSI process
  • Dealer S&OP support for Marine prime & aftermarket

  • Relocation is NOT available for this position.

  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.
  • Travel up to 20% required.

  • Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business / Supply Chain / Engineering
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Order to Delivery, NPI
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to convey and interpret technical and business information.

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
