Compensation

$18 - $26 DOE Reports To: Production Manager / Shop Foreman

Job Summary The Production Administrator supports the Production Manager by managing various tasks and projects. This role involves shop workflow auditing, daily and weekly schedule coordination, paperwork processing, and maintaining clear communication across service department teams. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Monitor shop workloads and update service advisors on boat completion status. Audit current work orders to verify that status updates and assignments are accurate. Validate new work orders for accuracy and ensure all required details are present. Handle email and phone correspondence between various departments. Provide general administrative assistance to the Production Manager as needed.

Candidate Requirements Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in using computers and standard software applications. High level of attention to detail. Excellent organizational capabilities.
