Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $17 hourly

What's the Job?

  • Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to meet production schedules
  • Operate equipment and tools efficiently and safely following established procedures
  • Identify defective parts or errors through visual inspection and initial testing
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support team efforts

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
  • Computer familiarity and ability to self-start and follow directions
