Program Supervisor

to lead our

Children's Long Term Support (CLTS)

team in Waukesha County. CLTS is a federally funded Medicaid program supporting children with developmental, physical, or severe emotional disabilities. This role provides

clinical and operational leadership

for a team of Care Coordinators while maintaining regular contact with children and families served. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Care Coordinators Ensure quality service delivery and compliance with CLTS, Medicaid, licensing, and contract requirements Monitor documentation, outcomes, and productivity standards Conduct case reviews, case consultation, and provide direct service coverage as needed Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and accountability Partner with Human Capital on hiring, onboarding, and staff development Support billing, financial oversight, and program budget management Build and maintain relationships with families, community partners, and funders Participate in program growth, marketing, and community outreach efforts Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in Human Services or closely related field Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with disabilities and/or families Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Supervisory experience Experience with the Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program Compensation & Benefits
