Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion and effectively communicating with all involved parties.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
Accountable for independently managing all aspects of leading project development from custom, turnkey, primary, secondary, and hybrid packaging from conception to invoice
Comfortable independently overseeing 15+ development project timelines efficiently and accurately
Fulfill 30+ plus concurrent customer orders & re-orders accurately, in full and on time
Create timelines and check transit schedules to ensure projects are being completed by the promised date
Work with internal logistics department, design team, quality and accounting team for all project milestones
Build items and maintain multiple item bill of materials for manufacturing
Set up RFQs and process purchase orders in our internal system
Provide subject matter expertise on client related systems, process and procedures
Communicate effectively with Sales team member and other teams within Jansy
Collaborate with Sales team member to ensure new development and customer needs are being met
Negotiate and confirm factory pricing is correct
May be required to liaise directly with clients, when necessary
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
BA/BS degree strongly preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience required
Minimum 2 years of previous project management experience
Experience working with international factories
Ability to use Mac
Consumer packaged goods experience or primary and secondary experience
Packaging development experience
Proven ability to quickly learn and confidently apply new software applications and processes
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Slate, Adobe suite
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Effective negotiation skills
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work

CA Base Pay Range
$75,000—$95,000 USD
