Duties and Responsibilities
- Start from project kick-off until the final acceptance in the customer’s plant.
- Mechanical Technical management of project:
- Engineering timing plan and resources allocation.
- Analysis and recovery action on the risks defined in proposal phase.
- Analysis and recovery action on the failure/risk discovered in manufacturing phase.
- Project guide line and specification.
- Carry over and standard application with R&D team.
- New solution definition based on project (No standard)
- Adopt previous project lessons-learn and prevent them happening in on-going project.
- Define Make and Buy scope of supply.
- Technical responsible for potential customer ECR.
- Responsible for internal ECR, COF and relevant cost/timing reduction.
- Contribute to the internal design review to guarantee the quality and the team member alignment on the project.
- Responsible for customer spec, final documentation, training to operators.
- Technical report in project closing phase in aspect of lessons, optimization.
- Evaluate team member’s performance in project closing phase.
- Maintain customer relationship, and Achieve customer satisfaction in technical aspect.
