HII is seeking a detail-oriented QA Admin Specialist to support our Quality Assurance team. This role involves assisting with inspections, documenting non-conformances, tracking corrective actions, and performing administrative and data-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable collaborating across production, engineering, and customer support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with quality inspections, document and track non-conformances, and support resolution with production/engineering teams.
  • Perform data entry, collect and analyze quality data, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Generate and review work orders, test records, logs, 1st Article Reports (AS9102), and rejection reports for electronic record purposes.
  • Support QA Management with interdepartmental communication, training coordination, and customer support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving initiatives.

Skills & Abilities
  • Reliable self-starter with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Email and MS Office applications; general computer literacy required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA tasks and customer support functions.
  • Team-oriented, cooperative, and results-driven.
