Quality Inspector role performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies (mechanical, piping, brackets, wiring, lighting, boxes, etc.). You’ll work on-site in Catoosa, OK with Kelvion Holding GmbH, partnering closely with Manufacturing to ensure products meet engineering specs and quality plans. Standout requirement is hands-on inspection capability including blueprint/spec interpretation and accurate electronic documentation of results.

- Perform in-process and final inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies. This typically includes various mechanical assemblies, piping, brackets and wiring, lighting, boxes, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Carries out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications and procedures in order to verify that the product meets specified requirements.
- Must be able to effectively use, read and interpret a tape measure.
- Performs incoming, in-process and final dimensional and visual inspection of materials and assemblies to determine compliance.
- Electronically records the results to provide evidence that the product has been inspected, whether accepted or rejected.
- The Inspector is required to handle any nonconforming product in accordance with established work instructions and other quality system procedures.
- Must be able to read and interpret Engineering blueprints and Customer specifications.
- Detail oriented and must have experience inspection mechanical, electrical, and structural assemblies or installations.
- Inspection will work closely with Manufacturing to ensure full compliance to Engineering requirements.
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on-site, ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
- Experience with pneumatic pressure or leak testing, preferred.
- Any NEC-code experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
- Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
- High school diploma or GED. Experience in an ISO 9001environment preferred.
