Swisher is looking for a results-driven Territory Manager who grow sales sells through data, insights, and structured selling. and market intelligence to influence customer decisions, drive distribution, and Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth Deliver fact-based recommendations that improve category performance and Lead customer conversations via story-telling, as a category advisor, not presence across retail and wholesale accounts * Prioritize high-impact opportunities using data and territory insights

Leverage Market & Consumer Intelligence

* Translate insights into strategies that help customers win in their local Build Strong Customer Partnerships

* Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers * Influence outcomes using data storytelling and value-based selling * Ensure best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance, measure impact, and refine 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience * Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools * Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally
