As an Account Executive at RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc., you will be responsible for managing a book of business, nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing exceptional service. Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential cross-selling opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system. Successful Candidate Will Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a similar client-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) is a plus. Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
