Our client, a leading organization in the chemical and product development industry, is seeking a dedicated Research Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Research Technician, you will be an integral part of the Research and Development department supporting innovative product formulation and testing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Research Technician

Location

Evansville, IN

Pay Range: $19.00 plus $2 shift diff for 3rd shift

Shift: First shift (Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm) - 3 openings
Third shift (Monday night through Friday, 11pm- 7:30am) - 1 openings

What's the Job?

  • Support testing and development of new products in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment
  • Maintain detailed records of product development activities and test results
  • Prepare test data and samples for product submissions and quality assurance
  • Test raw materials and maintain raw material records, including SDS submissions
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including handling hazardous waste and chemicals

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive internal training provided
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to adhere to safety practices and handle chemicals responsibly
