Pay: $20 to $25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, OT required based on need of project
Ability to pass a background check (no DUI's), drug screen and IICRC certification is a plus!
Respond to residential and commercial water and fire losses and perform mitigation services.
- Perform daily checks on job sites and create daily logs.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, building owners and project managers.
- Perform and oversee the removal of building materials, occasionally hazardous materials.
- Set up equipment in accordance with the IICRC S500.
- Effectively manage technicians and temporary labor.
- Maintain job-sites and containments, manage housekeeping requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in the field, around contractors and clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Safety conscience approach during all work activities.
- Mechanical/Construction skills a plus.
- Valid Driver's License, no DUI's/DWI's.
- Background check and initial drug screen.
Applicant must be able to walk around job sites, climb scaffolding, lift objects over 50lbs and occasionally lift tools or materials over the head.
