Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure:

Active RN licensure in the state of practice.

Experience

Must have a minimum of 1-year perioperative nursing experience. Certifications:

BLS/ACLS required within first year. Other:

Demonstrates continued competence in assisting and in perioperative nursing. Preferred

: CNOR certification and/or RN-First Assistant certification class preferred
