The role requires proficiency across multiple routes, accurate record-keeping, vehicle maintenance, safe driving, and effective communication with customers and leadership. Key Responsibilities
Route Coverage: Learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent.
Product Delivery & Pickup: Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products to customers, while also collecting soiled items.
Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests independently, and build strong customer relationships.
Operational Excellence: Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and ensure the safety and appearance of the assigned vehicle.
Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Problem-Solving: Address customer needs and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication: Effectively communicate customer feedback and potential solutions to location leadership.
Qualifications
Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with a minimum age of 21 years old.
DOT Compliance: Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical exam.
Education: A high school diploma, GED, or military service is required.
Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service abilities and the ability to work independently yet maintain a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and stay on their feet for extended periods.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and learning new technologies for operational efficiency.
