Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service. Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive membership sales. Manage inventory and ensure the studio is well-stocked with merchandise. Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance metrics. Passion for yoga and a deep understanding of the YogaSix brand. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible schedule to accommodate studio events and promotions.
