At Altimate Outdoor, we handle the marketing and lead flow, you meet with homeowners who are already interested, walk them through the project, and help them move forward with confidence. Most of your week is spent running in-home appointments, not prospecting, cold calling, or chasing people down. Lead homeowners through a structured sales process, deliver branded tablet presentations, build proposals in JobNimbus, and collect deposits at the appointment. Present solutions that fit the homeowner’s needs, sell at or above floor pricing, and complete clean handoffs to operations with accurate notes, measurements, and selections. Take part in weekly sales meetings, role-plays, ride-alongs, and generate a small portion of leads through referrals, past customers, and neighborhood outreach.

Qualifications

3+ years of in-home sales experience in high-ticket home improvement, with proven annual personal sales of $1.5M+. Strong command of a structured sales process and confidence presenting and closing $50K+ projects with both decision-makers present. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, background check eligibility, and comfort using tablet presentations, CRM tools, and digital proposals. Experience selling outdoor living or premium exterior products, familiarity with JobNimbus or Ingage, and a coachable, feedback-driven mindset are all preferred.
