You’ll lead the store team to deliver outstanding experiences while driving sales and supporting daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and ensuring the store is business ready every day.Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success Must be 18 years or older 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results Reasonable accommodations will be Made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their position, absent undue hardship.
