Job Description
Successful candidates will following detailed instructions (written and verbal) to perform repetitive tasks to assemble products, maintaining required quality standards.
Essential Duties
- Efficiently & accurately install each component in a pre-determined sequence to build the finished product
- Assemble products and components based on diagrams, technical blueprints, and/or written and verbal instructions
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and/or other equipment as needed
- Perform and document Quality and process checks as required
Education Level
HS diploma or equivalent
Experience
Work requires a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret assembly instructions (blueprints, drawings, diagrams, etc).
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required.
Previous mechanical assembly experience is needed.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to have the ability to concentrate and perform responsibilities by maintaining a constant state of focus and mental alertness. The employee is regularly required to stand on concrete and uneven surfaces. Work requires regular use of hands (including gripping & grasping), reaching with arms, including reaching overhead and outward frequently, and the ability to climb over and into equipment. The employee is frequently required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk and hear. The employee will frequently walk and must frequently lift and move objects up to and over 50 lbs. Specific vision requirements: color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
The employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
