Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a Skilled Production Associate - Intermediate to join their team. As a Skilled Production Associate - Intermediate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Independently program, set up, and prove out CNC milling and turning jobs from engineering prints.
- Develop efficient tool paths using Mastercam, including optimization of cycle times and tool life.
- Select tooling, fixtures, and work holding strategies appropriate for tight-tolerance machining.
- Establish and refine feeds, speeds, and cutting strategies based on material and geometry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining, tooling, and program-related issues in real time.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on CNC programming and setup experience on both milling and turning centers.
- Advanced proficiency in Mastercam.
- Demonstrated ability to machine precision components with tight tolerances.
- Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T interpretation.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and optimizing CNC programs and setups.
