Soldering Assembler (Soldering Technician) role assembling small electronic components and performing small-scale soldering at Spang Engineered Solutions’ Phoenix (West Valley) facility. You’ll work in a manufacturing environment building custom inductive components, following drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Standout perk: stable weekday morning shift (Mon–Fri, 6:15am–2:45pm).

A high school diploma and 2 years of equivalent work experience are required. Applicants should be able to read and interpret drawings, schematics, work instructions, specification sheets, and manuals. IPC soldering experience is a plus.
