Join us as a Senior Product Manager, where you’ll make an impact on our customers and our business by leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of thermal management products and systems for data centers.

This role blends technical expertise, market insight, and business acumen to deliver innovative solutions supporting hyperscale, enterprise, and edge data center customers, driving long‑term customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, and profitable growth across our thermal product portfolio.

This is a hybrid position located in New Freedom, PA or Milwaukee, WI. Ideally, candidates must be within commuting distance to New Freedom, PA, or Milwaukee, WI.

How You Will Do It:

  • Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle and business results for assigned thermal management products or product lines.

  • Support and lead cross‑functional projects and programs, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and business plans, prioritizing initiatives that align to customer needs and business objectives.

  • Contribute to product and portfolio strategy, demonstrating impact through revenue growth, margin performance, and market competitiveness.

  • Gather and analyze market, financial, and industry data, including market share, customer trends, and investment trade‑offs.

  • Apply pricing and positioning strategies, including customer segmentation, win/loss analysis, and price realization.

  • Manage legacy products while supporting new product introductions (NPI) and enhancements to existing offerings.

  • Own product profitability for assigned offerings and maintain competitive intelligence.

  • Partner with Marketing to provide application insights and support development of customer‑facing collateral.

  • Drive a customer‑centric mindset, translating customer needs and VOC into strong value propositions and business cases.

  • Support channel partners and collaborate with Sales on customer engagements.

  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations, delivering the “so what” and “now what” to drive action.

What You Will Need:

Required

  • **This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent experience.

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or comparable roles.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in technical product environments.

  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales and business leadership, presenting product performance, competitive insights, and market trends.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Working knowledge of financial and business metrics such as ROI, margins, cost drivers, and pricing concepts.

  • Willingness to travel as needed. (less than 20%)

Preferred

  • Experience with data centers, HVAC, cooling, thermal, or adjacent infrastructure technologies.

  • Strong understanding of data center design and operations.

  • MBA or graduate degree a plus, not required.

  • Experience gathering and applying Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.

  • Familiarity with different business models (product, service, subscription, distribution).

  • Understanding of value‑based pricing and growth levers.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, make data‑driven decisions, and balance speed vs. rigor.

SALARY

$145,000 - $175,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
