, you will report to the General Manager and help develop and align the campus strategy to a streamlined, precise communication plan by leading a team of two to three employees. Organize, drive, and create a communication strategy for the John Deere Kernersville campus, while adhering to brand guidelines. Manage employee and some customer facing factory meetings/events in close coordination with Human Resources to reserve rooms. arrange venues, equipment, catering etc. Write initial drafts and edit content to completion in line with organizational intent to format and publish information on websites and in print. Develop and maintain project management plans to achieve specific goals. Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications such as standard office software including Powerpoint and Adobe products while advising colleagues by using expertise to help improve products and processes. Gather, store and organize communication materials and media in one accessible central location. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, brand guidelines, external regulation and industry best practices. Independently perform a range of administrative support duties of a confidential and challenging nature in support of the General Manager.

Planning and Organizing: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives. Written Communication: Uses clear and effective writing skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies. Brand Management and Development: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on maximizing a brand's impact and market value by managing and developing all aspects of the brand. Action Planning: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements. Project Schedule Management: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on sequencing and scheduling tasks into a project plan.

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
