About Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton:

Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a collaborative surgical practice with a primary focus on breast cancer care. This role offers a balanced blend of clinic-based care and operating room participation, ideal for APPs who value continuity of care, collaboration, and sustainable work-life balance.

Practice Highlights:

  • Work primarily with our Surgical Oncologist, with occasional collaboration with a General Surgeon

  • Primary focus on breast cancer patients, supporting care from consultation through recovery

  • Outpatient-based practice with meaningful operating room participation

  • Collaborative, physician-led environment that values APP autonomy and partnership

  • Embedded within a multispecialty surgical specialty care clinic, fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Balanced role: approximately 80% clinic / 20% operating room

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • No inpatient responsibilities and no call

  • Perform:

  • Initial patient consultations

  • Follow-up visits and ongoing care management

  • Post-operative care

  • Patient education and emotional support

Job Requirements

  • Licensed Physician Assistant

  • Graduate of an accredited PA program with active national certification
