Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized NICU nursing care to neonatal patients, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients.

Qualifications
Valid nursing degree from an accredited program.
BLS, NRP, and NICU-specific certification (if applicable).
