Must have a professional nursing license valid in Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted). Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration. Completion of MGB Skills Checklist within 1 year of submission. Must submit 2 references within 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset. Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state for all work and education. Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. Education verification of highest level achieved required. SSN trace and national sex offender check within 30 days of start and updated annually. Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth & NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually. Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually; no exemptions allowed. Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required.
