Must have current nursing license verified through Nursys within 30 days prior to start. Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program). Completion of Ascension Cerner Test-Out, Pharmacology Exam, Specialty Exam, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, and Skills Checklist prior to or at onboarding. Documentation of immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (optional), Fit Test, Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire, Health Statement, and 2 Step PPD or IGRA. Completion of background checks including Criminal Background Check, EPLS, Employment Verification, and Education Verification. Must complete Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding. Driver's License/State ID must be current and valid with matching address.
