Position: RN Medical/Surgical Facility: KSWIC Ascension Via Christi Hospitals Wichita Hospital System: Ascension Health Candidates may have to float to like units on same campus or another campus within Wichita EHR system used: Cerner OneChart Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs Job Requirements

Must have current nursing license verified through Nursys within 30 days prior to start Completion of FACIS Questionnaire if any disciplinary actions exist Must have BLS certification (American Heart Association) Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score Completion of Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80% Completion of Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation Completion of Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding Completion of Ascension Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules Completion of MOAB Moderate Risk De-Escalation Training Completion of Ascension Cerner Test-Out with signed attestation Documentation of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer Fit Test required, preferred prior to start, updated annually Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually Documentation of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity Valid Tdap vaccination within 10 years Driver's License or State ID must be current and match address on file 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing with required documentation and annual TB questionnaire Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start, updated annually 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start Third-party employment verification for past seven years Provide Ascension Confirmation of Assignment upon initial assignment and updates upon extensions Must provide at least two professional references Completion of Ascension Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and others within 30 days prior to first assignment Completion of Ascension EPLS within 90 days prior to start Schedule Information
