Clinical Staff on assignment in the state of New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation that check is being processed

• Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised. Required for all employees except physicians.

Each agency needs to have an account with NM DOH.

After account set up, your compliance teams will enter each clinician into the portal to start the background check process
