Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Client requires experience with standard SNF documentation and restorative programs. Preferred: experience with mobility assessments, therapeutic exercise programs, and discharge planning.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday rotations, per facility staffing needs.
