Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or comparable post-acute care setting preferred.
  • Experience with mobility training, ADL retraining, and assistive device instruction preferred.
  • Ability to follow plans of care established by a supervising Physical Therapist.
