Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30a-3:00p General cases include abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT and follicular. NICU and OR experience a plus. Equipment: GE Logiq E10 and E9, GE Volusons Job Requirements

Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position with primary source verification within 30 days of start date. MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission. Include past 7 years of work experience with city & state. 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset. Schedule Information

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Additional Details

MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding: color photo taken in past 6 months, plain background, no selfies or filters. Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually; no onsite fit testing. Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required. Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required. Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred but optional. TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break. Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred. MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions. Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation. MGB Education Verification through background check company. MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check. MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually. MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually. Name change documentation if applicable. MGB TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD, completed prior to start and updated annually. MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility.
