Lobby Ambassador role at Compass Group (Flik) supporting lobby operations at the Wells Fargo Administrative location at 30 Hudson Yards. You’ll deliver high-touch hospitality, manage arrivals/departures, resolve issues quickly, and coordinate closely with security and facilities while following strict risk and security protocols. Lobby Ambassador Responsibilities:
Build trusting relationships with Security, Executive Detail, Executive Support, and Facility teams. Serve as point person, taking ownership of any challenges that may arise within the Lobby operation, resolving them, or following escalation procedures as required. Follow all responsible post orders to ensure only invited and registered guests gain entry to building.
Flexible and willing attitude and enjoys being part of a team. Passionate about great customer service and ensuring employees / visitors have a positive experience when entering the building. Ability to quickly establish positive and productive relationships with colleagues, building vendors, and the firms’ employees and guests. Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient in high-pressure scenarios.
