Process customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standards
Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required
