This position pays $18.65 per hour (including shift premium) with increases at
quantity to be shipped; completed and profiles and prepares unit load according to material handling
requirements for respective mode of transport. packing slip, shipment bill of lading / manifest, labeling, and any required
specialized documentation associated with contents or destination. appropriately sized shipping container and packing material; documents or labels; to conveyor or sorts material to pallets and completes shipment confirmation in
computer system. machine, I-Pak machines, pallet jack, or forklift with required in-house
Ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for
quality, cost, and on-time delivery within the areas of assigned
Meets established quality goals in relation to errors measured
as “parts per million” produced and productivity goals as defined by
Maintains acceptable time and attendance based on TTI policies defined by Human
Resources and Operations; available to work overtime as required due to business
operations team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required”,
ability to work independently with minimal supervision, works with a sense of
urgency, and maintains an overall positive attitude focused on delivery of
established safe operating policies and expectations; Supports daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required; warehouse experience is preferred.
