We are currently looking for a Website and Brand Copywriter in United States.
This role focuses on shaping and elevating website content as part of a key digital refresh and migration initiative. You will refine and update web copy to ensure alignment with refreshed brand messaging, improved clarity, and stronger conversion performance across the site. Working closely with a web developer and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help create a cohesive and intuitive user experience through thoughtful, user-centered writing. The position requires a strong balance of strategic messaging skills and hands-on editorial execution, particularly in translating brand positioning into clear and engaging digital content. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with a strong focus on quality, clarity, and user trust—especially within sensitive, service-oriented contexts.
\Update and refine existing website copy to align with refreshed brand messaging, positioning, and tone of voice
Collaborate closely with web developers to implement content updates accurately and efficiently across the website
Strengthen messaging hierarchy and improve clarity, engagement, and conversion across key web pages
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone throughout the website experience
Enhance existing content structure, readability, and flow while preserving authenticity and brand intent
Support ongoing content needs including landing pages, UX copy, promotional messaging, and website updates
Ensure all copy supports SEO best practices while maintaining readability and user experience quality
Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate content accordingly
3+ years of experience in website copywriting, content strategy, UX writing, or conversion-focused digital content roles
Strong ability to develop and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks, and user-centered web copy
Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and cross-functional digital teams
Proven ability to edit, refine, and optimize existing content while maintaining consistency across pages
Working knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them in web copywriting
Strong communication skills and ability to quickly understand brand positioning and tone nuances
Experience writing for healthcare, wellness, mental health, or service-based industries is a plus
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Squarespace is preferred
Understanding of UX writing principles and conversion-focused messaging is an advantage
Competitive hourly rate between $30 and $40 per hour
Remote role within the United States
