Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking skilled Welder Fitters to join their team at their Anniston, Alexandria, and Gadsden locations. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location
Alexandria, ALShift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some required Saturday overtime
What's the Job?
- Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment
- Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What's Needed?
- Must have 3+ years of welder-fitter experience
- Must pass a weld test
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
