Our client, manufacturing and industrial services provider, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm

What's the Job?

  • Participate in and actively support corporate programs and initiatives; understand, support and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Use judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, and improve the sequence of operations and processes in coordination with other departments.
  • Collaborate with other Department Leads and Supervisors to coordinate daily production needs.
  • Inspect first piece of raw material, work in process (WIP), and all fabricated parts to ensure quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, checking parts to prints to ensure manufacturing accuracy.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in welding or manufacturing environment.
  • Credential requirements include certifications such as 100004, 100046, 100039, 100003, 100065, 100100.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with measuring instruments like verniers and gauges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
