Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Night shift MIG/TIG Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Welder Mig/Tig Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat 5p-5a
Location
Joplin, MOPay Range: $21 per hour
What's the Job?
- Perform TIG welding on various materials to meet production specifications.
- Inspect and assess welds for quality and compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing welding tasks.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1 year of welding experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
