Position Overview We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with at least 1 year of experience in California workers’ compensation law. This role is based in-office in Los Angeles and includes both case handling responsibilities and oversight of a team of case managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to expand into a leadership role while continuing to develop litigation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution Appear at hearings, conferences, depositions, and trials as required Supervise and provide direction to a team of case managers Review case manager work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper case progression Communicate with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents Evaluate cases and lead settlement negotiations Ensure compliance with WCAB procedures, deadlines, and internal workflows Qualifications

Active California Bar license (required) Minimum 1 year of workers’ compensation experience Strong knowledge of WCAB procedures and California labor code Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while overseeing support staff Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus What We Offer
