We offer Uncapped Commission: Our top reps are earning $80-90k in commissions and performance bonuses! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, reviewing insurance product options and connecting with our licensed agents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to engage customers effectively through warm calling techniques. Conduct 200+ outbound calls/day to prospective customers to introduce products and services. Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively. Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly preferred.
