Please note:

This role requires a PVG Certificate for Children, or both Children and Adults. The cost is

£59

for a new application or

£18

to update an existing certificate, payable by the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious evening meals each day Prepare meals in advance for weekend service Order food supplies and manage stock levels Complete temperature checks and maintain food safety records Carry out daily kitchen hygiene and compliance checks Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and ready for each service Cater for a range of dietary, cultural, and religious requirements

The Successful Candidate Should: Have previous experience working as a Cook or Chef Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently Have a good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety Be confident managing stock and placing food orders Have experience catering for a variety of dietary needs (desirable) Hold, or be willing to obtain, a PVG for working with children.
