CNC Operator role operating numerically controlled machine tools to produce quality parts at Trelleborg in Giddings, TX. You'll oversee machine runs for part conformance, may run multiple machines, and follow standard work instructions; programming and setup ability is desired.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operates semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are provided, and setups are often made and maintained by others.
- Oversees machine operation throughout the production run to ensure part conformance.
- May be required to run more than one machine simultaneously per standard work.
- Cross trains in other areas as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
This position requires a High School Diploma or GED. Previous CNC experience is a must!
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in English; both written and verbal
- Must have a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Programming experience is a plus!
This position is located in a manufacturing facility which requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, squatting, twisting, bending, and reaching throughout an entire shift. Must be able to move and handle varying sized products.
